BOOK YOUR STAY

Lyncombe Farmhouse is open to guests between 1 May and the last weekend in October each year. However booking requests are considered during the winter months.

To book your stay, please send us your preferred dates by completing the enquiry form. After confirming availability we will send you a more detailed booking form to complete which will include no. guests, no. dogs, length of stay and other requirements, confirm pricing and payment dates.

 

Rates are based on a weekly stay (7 nights), and weekend stays (2 nights or 3 nights). Mid week stays and 4 - 6 night stays as well as longer stays are available subject to availability - price quoted on request.

Changeovers are usually Friday or Monday but we can be flexible depending on your requirements.

There is a surcharge for bringing 2 or more dogs of £25 per stay, unless your visit is for 2 weeks whereby an additional charge of £25 will apply.

A 20% deposit must be paid to secure the booking and the full balance must be paid at least 21 days before your arrival date.​​ BACs/ Bank Transfer payment are preferred.
