BOOK YOUR STAY

Lyncombe Farmhouse is open to guests between 1 April and the last weekend in October each year. However booking requests are considered during the winter months.

To book your stay, please check the availability calendar below* and send us your preferred dates by completing the enquiry form. After confirming availability we will send you a more detailed booking form to complete which will include no. guests, no. dogs, length of stay and other requirements, confirm pricing and payment dates.

 

Rates are based on a weekly stay (7 nights), and weekend stays (2 nights or 3 nights). Mid week stays and 4 - 6 night stays as well as longer stays are available subject to availability - price quoted on request.

Changeovers are usually Friday or Monday but we can be flexible depending on your requirements.

​

There is a surcharge for bringing 2 or more dogs of £25 per stay, unless your visit is for 2 weeks whereby an additional charge of £25 will apply.

A 20% deposit must be paid to secure the booking and the full balance must be paid at least 21 days before your arrival date.​​ BACs/ Bank Transfer payment are preferred.
