To administer your stay at Lyncombe Farmhouse. We use a booking form to collect your personal details so that we have a record of your booking.

To keep in touch. We need to keep in touch to ensure you have all the information you need to enjoy your stay and resolve any issues you may have before, during or after your stay with us. ​

To ask your opinion. We may send you a form to ask your opinion about the farmhouse, equipment, value for money or services.
What kind of data do we collect?
We will usually collect basic information about you, including your name, postal address, telephone number, email address. Most of the time, we collect this data from you directly. Sometimes this is in person; other times, it is over the telephone, in writing or through an email.

Data Retention
We will only use and store information for as long as it required for the purposes it was collected for. We continually review what information we hold and delete what is no longer required.  ​
Subscriptions
By agreeing to the Privacy Policy and subscribing you have given us permission to contact you. We will only send news updates, last minute availability and discounts to you via email.
